Tour Policy- Las Vegas Elite Tours LLC
All transactions will be conducted in United States currency. Your credit card will hold your reservation until your tour date. Payment will be made at check-in on tour date (unless otherwise noted) by cash or credit card.
Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice (if less than 24 hours notice, a fee will apply up to full charge of the tour). No-Shows will be charged full tour price.
Passengers must reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure date/time by calling Tour Company listed on your e-mail confirmation sheet. Upon arriving at your Las Vegas hotel please call the Tour Company you have booked with and notify them of your hotel room number.
It is the passengers’ responsibility to be at the correct pick-up location and at the correct time advised by the Tour Company (please be there at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled pick-up time).
Tours may include some elements of risk, we assume no liability for injuries or illness. Most tours require a minimum number of passengers to operate and are subject to change without notice. Due to safety or weather conditions tour dates & times may vary, every effort will be made to re-accommodate you.
A full refund will be given (after verification) if a tour is canceled by Tour Operator. |
